SIGN + Ribs... Again

SIGN is smoking ribs again. Thanks to Fired Up's donation to SIGN of a grill, a team led by Pitmaster Tommy Graham and Beanmaster Steve Stewart, and a need to help a young seminarian, SIGN tried its hand at another Ribs Fundraiser on July 22, 2024.

The team was able to produce 100 ribs; completely sold out in short order. Special thanks to Dr. Barry Booth, Piggly Wiggly, and all who worked to get the grill in shape. Thanks also to those who ordered ribs and beans, hoping for a treat. Reviews were great! Look for another SIGN Rib event November 2, 2024!
